Shaida has overseen our company since 2013, naming the salon after her darling daughter born just the year prior. Shaida started her journey back in Iran, perusing her love for hair, then making her way to our Boston based location. Doing hair for well over twenty years, Shaida is known for dramatic hair transformations, chic pixie cuts, and - our favorite - corrective colors. Shaida also speaks English, Farsi and Kurdish.
Born and raised Bostonian, Siena joined our family back in 2020. Siena has been doing hair for more than a decade, focusing her abilities in soft balayages and blended highlights. Her talents result in natural colors, prioritizing easy maintenance and hair health, whilst staying on trend.

With a proven track record of leading salon operations and fostering inclusive environments, JC brings a wealth of expertise in hair design, client retention, and innovative service development. As a former salon owner and artistic director, JC has honed skills in salon management, staff mentorship, and creative marketing, building a loyal clientele while enhancing customer confidence. JC is also a former cast member of the Emmy Nominated Reality Series “Split Ends”.
JC’s passion extends beyond the salon chair, with a strong background in event coordination and community engagement, particularly within the LGBTQ+ community.
Recognized as a 40 Under 40 honoree by the Worcester Business Journal, JC combines creativity with a keen eye for detail to deliver exceptional experiences. Holding degrees in Cosmetology from Rob Roy Academy and Business Marketing from the University of Southern Maine, JC is committed to excellence and continues to inspire through personalized service and professional growth.
Tiffany has over 15 years experience within the hair industry. She is an all around stylist when it comes to both female & male clients covering all aspects of hairdressing. She loves her job & takes great pride in all her work, a personal touch is essential and there's nothing more pleasing than happy clients!
I’ve been a stylist since 2013 and I love what I do! I relocated from Ireland when I was young and have been in the north end ever since. My career has always been in the north end and I am happy to find a new home in Del Ara salon. Through the years I have trained with Oribe, Goldwell, R&co and many others. I always strive to keep up with my education and to learn something new. I specialize in glam blowouts, layered cuts, and blonding. I also do root touch-ups and low-maintenance colour.
