Without trying to be too difficult, I must admit I did have multiple requests for Marnie as I initially sat in the chair. She ended up addressing each of them perfectly. She walked me through her thought process before touching my hair, essentially confirming that she actually understands what is being asked (and a very much-appreciated courtesy to ease any of my concerns). She was also an absolute joy to speak with, & as I’m sure you know, fluid conversation with a first time client is exceptionally hard to come by. I showed up 15 minutes late (which I don't recommend!) but they were super nice about it and super welcoming when I walked in. Kristin did my hair and she was amazing.
